Smith called Obamacare "a massive violation of the Hyde Amendment" and "the largest increase in public funding for abortion ever," as he joined officials from the Family Research Council (FRC) and the Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI), which are sponsoring ObamacareAbortion.com, an initiative to bring transparency to ObamaCare abortion funding.

In his home state of New Jersey, Smith said ALL 58 healthcare plans offered through the government exchange subsidize abortion on demand with NO EXCEPTIONS despite Obama signing the EO stipulating ACA would comply with the Hyde Amendment in 2010.

It's not just New Jersey… It is nationwide… It is OBAMACARE that's violating the law!

A Government Accountability Office (GAO) report issued on Sept. 15, 2014 revealed 1,036 health plans in 28 states allowed "non-exemption abortions" while failing to specifically permit or prohibit abortion-on-demand in accord with the Hyde Amendment.

ObamaCare is now entering its second year… and with the Republican Majority taking the reins of Congress from Obama's creature Harry Reid in January – AND a fiscal fight happening NOW – there are no excuses for Congress FAILING to ACT and save innocent unborn lives.

ObamaCare must be brought back in line with existing federal law under the Hyde Amendment in the PRESENT FY2015 budget battles, or DEFUNDED or DISBANDED altogether!

Reps. Daniel Lipinski (D-IL), Democratic co-chair of the pro-life caucus, and Joseph Pitts (R-PA) made a point of speaking out against the inclusion of taxpayer funding of abortion through ObamaCare, despite having voted FOR this year's earlier Continuing Resolution (CR) which they knew full-well included it!

How did they know?

BECAUSE TWO DAYS EARLIER – ON SEPT. 15 – THE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY OFFICE RELEASED A REPORT CONFIRMING JUST THAT!

For the 2014 benefit year, 17 states do not allow QHPs to provide non-excepted abortion services, and 6 states permit the coverage of such services only in certain limited circumstances. Among the remaining 28 states (including the District of Columbia) with no such laws, in 5 states all QHPs cover non-excepted abortion services; in 15 states some QHPs cover non-excepted abortion services; and in 8 states no QHPs cover non-excepted abortion services. Nationally, 1,036 QHPs in these 28 states cover non-excepted abortion services and 1,062 QHPs do not.

The report confirmed that most insurance companies FAILED to provide a line item accounting of this cost – leaving most consumers UNAWARE that they were PAYING FOR ABORTION or that taxpayer dollars were SUBSIDIZING ABORTION COVERAGE.

When asked by CNSNews.com about the belated regrets, Rep. Lipinski said, "Well, there's a lot of issues dealt with in there, so we just continue the funding that was in place already, and there's a lot of other things that I would've liked to have done in there. But it just was not a possibility beyond shutting down the government and that simply wasn't going to happen."

Yep, Boehner has his priorities set… and the INNOCENT UNBORN are not among them!

Pitts likewise responded: "Well, the CR provides funding for the implementation of ObamaCare, but what is happening really is violating the law and the Executive Order and the intent of the administration expressed by the president. So they can correct this, and we will continue to ask questions to get them on the record on this."

WHY NOT DRAW ATTENTION TO IT AND DEMAND OBAMA 'CORRECT' THIS BEFORE VOTING 'AYE'? IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THAT SIMPLE.

Instead, the GOP helped Pelosi hand Harry Reid and Obama exactly what they wanted – failing to put the ball in Obama's court and so much as force him to keep his BROKEN Stupak-Pitts Amendment promise to make vile ObamaCare comply with the Hyde Amendment, and prohibit federal funding of abortions except in cases of rape, incest or a medical threat to the life of the mother. Boehner once again just ran up the white flag of surrender, and helped put more money in the already-bloodied hands of the baby killers at Planned Parenthood.

"The law has not been followed," said Lipinski. "First of all, I'm calling on the administration to follow the law, but better yet that the Senate step up and pass H.R. 7, the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act."

This incontrovertibly "medically" appropriate legislation mandated that abortionists should have admitting privileges at a local hospital, and that all chemical abortions be performed according to FDA regulations. Merely holding the PP charnel houses to these minimal standards prohibited MOST abortions after 20 weeks.

And Providentially, this saved many pre-borns after the threshold which science CONFIRMS babies feel pain, without having enacted in law any invidiously discriminatory "pain threshold" that wrongly appears to qualify one pre-born as more deserving of protection than another.

While the report does include the disclaimer that it "cannot prove causality between the state restrictions and falling abortion rate," it says that the timing "is suggestive of a link." It certainly does!

"The closure of clinics and restriction on medical abortion in Texas appear to be associated with a decline in the in-state abortion rate and a marked decrease in the number of medical abortions," the report reads. "Supply-side restrictions on abortion – especially restrictions on medical abortion – can have a profound impact on access to services."

While this is by no means a perfect solution to ending abortion altogether and saving ALL innocent lives, it is a sensible, strategic approach under existing law that surrenders NO fundamental pro-life principle of equal protection to all nascent human offspring, that is SAVING LIVES NOW.

This same strategy can be deployed nationwide immediately, and should be as part of our necessary activism blocking implementation of ObamaCare abortions. As evidenced in the Hobby Lobby case, the fundamental right to life as God's creation CAN BE ACTIVELY DEFENDED under the First Amendment protections of our God-given religious rights – IF WE STAND UP FOR LIFE AND ACCEPT NOTHING LESS THAN 100% PRINCIPLED PROTECTION.

When will Congress say enough is enough? Here's the bitter truth: NEVER!

Too many Members of Congress, you see, have been bought off by the status quo of this war.

And on the right, organized constituencies, ministries and lobbies have become institutionalized – protecting a vast vested interest in "fighting" the pro-life battle precisely as it has been for 30 years!

No, don't court on Congress to legislate abortion away. In fact, expect Congress to do the exact opposite: There is presently a bill under consideration that would erase pro-life legislative gains made in most States over recent years.

As sure as a lie repeated enough times becomes the truth, too many in Congress actually believe somewhere in the U.S. Constitution there is a "right" to abortion on demand. And don't pin your hopes on the courts, either. Time and again, our Supreme Court Justices have had very good reasons to overturn Roe vs. Wade and yet have deviously created various means to spit in God's face and uphold the murder of defenseless, unborn persons.

Still, don't let your heart be troubled! There is HOPE of America righting her iniquitous sin of abortion on demand – through the adoption of PERSONHOOD protections for ALL!

When the Human Life Amendment is in place across our wayward land, there will be no need for undercover videos of abortion-related crimes perpetrated by Planned Parenthood personnel. Why? Because there will be no Planned Parenthood abortion "services" – the PP abattoirs of the unborn will be eliminated by Federal law, and contrary to leftist propaganda, black market demand for child killing will be overwhelmed by wholesome adoption placement services, as once thrived in America!

Although burned repeatedly by undercover video scenarios, Planned Parenthood absolutely refuses to clean up its act to operate within existing, legal statutes – which are very lax and forgiving. You'd think its leaders would demand at least minimal accountability from its employees to constrain its lawlessness and repair public trust.

And you'd be wrong! Regardless what crimes are unearthed, Planned Parenthood is just as much of a belligerent, outlaw operation as ever!

Stings previously exposed Planned Parenthood's depravity in Indianapolis, Denver, Los Angeles – you name it. The latest just came at Clackamas, Oregon, where a counselor is caught in a hidden video giving dangerous, perverted advice to an actress posing as a 15-year-old girl.

The underage teen was encouraged to experiment with bondage, using "safe" words, even dressing her boyfriend up as a baby in diapers and letting him "breastfeed." The employee was told to check out sex shops for more information and look online for "educational porn" to gain exposure to exotic sexual positions.

Think of it: instead of providing their vaunted "services" advising about birth control and STDs while alerting a supposedly 15-year-old girl to sex acts that cause pregnancy, Planned Parenthood was propagandizing this child it's OK to engage in bondage and sadomasochism, and she should go to a sex shop and try watching pornography!

And this episode follows one where Planned Parenthood counselors and nurses were caught pushing underage girls to try "pain with sex." That's right, the girls were encouraged to sample sadism, domination and asphyxiation, which were described in graphic detail. The videos show workers "educating" the teens on how to be whipped, gagged and handcuffed – all the while assuring them "if it's consensual, it's okay."

As exposed in previous undercover videos, Planned Parenthood personnel are purposefully grooming vulnerable young teens to be future abortion customers. Impressionable girls are enticed by depraved, unconscionable advice to have reckless, dangerous sex – and should they accidently conceive a child they will, of course, turn to Planned Parenthood for an abortion.

As diligently as we will keep working to have Planned Parenthood defunded of our taxpayer dollars by the government THAT ALONE IS NOT going to shut down abortion-on-demand! This multi-billion dollar money-making industry, feeding abortion mills all across our country will keep on murdering unborn persons until the principle of universal Personhood is established in law and morals in our land!
